David Postolski, a partner at Gearhart Law in Summit, New Jersey, is a registered patent attorney and intellectual property attorney. With more than 17 years of experience, David specializes in assisting inventors, creators, artists, startups, entrepreneurs, early-stage companies, and emergingcompanies with their U.S and international intellectual property strategy, protection, enforcement, and monetization.
