Sheng T. Hsu, a graduate from the Iowa Institute of Hydraulic Research, USA, was Chairman of GT International, a consulting company based in Taipei, Taiwan, and is an adjunct professor at National Taiwan University. He has extensive design experience of piping systems across a wide spectrum of industries.

許勝廷，美國愛荷華州水利研究所的畢業生，曾擔任總體國際（GT International）董事長，該公司是一家位於台灣台北的顧問公司，並且是國立台灣大學的兼任教授。他在各行各業的管道系統設計方面擁有豐富的經驗。
