Donald L. Marston, P.Eng., J.D. is an experienced lawyer and registered professional engineer. An international arbitrator and mediator, his background includes teaching engineering law at the University of Toronto for more than twenty years. A Fellow of Engineers Canada, he is also a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers and the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers. He is also is the Canadian correspondent for the International Construction Law Review.
